Spokane, WA. 99201. These forms are
needed so the office can track/locate you if
needed. |

*If your parade
unit/club is planning to be out of our
jurisdiction, a request
MUST be made to our Recorder,
Illustrious Sir Jack Swainson, so
that the proper permission to travel/attend
an event within another Shrine
Center’s jurisdiction is granted and
obtained. |

|
Driver(s) of ALL
CLUB/UNIT PARADE units are REQUIRED
to submit a COPY their valid
drivers license to the
Recorder’s Office prior to the March 4th,
Units Heads Meeting. This is so that El
Katif’s auto insurance carrier can validate
the drivers of the parade units. |
